Mamas & Papas Midwife of the Year 2008 in association with Prima Baby Magazine gives you the chance to give your Midwife that extra special vote of thanks that could win her the Mamas & Papas Midwife of the Year title. By telling us your story, you could win a £1000 top up for your Baby's Child Trust Fund, £1000 for you, £1000 for your Midwife and £1000 for the Midwifery Unit, courtesy of the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Prize Draw Rules

  1. The above instructions will form part of the rules.
  2. The winners will be selected from all entries received before the closing date which is August 15th 2008.
  3. There will be no alternative to the prizes stated.
  4. The competition is open to all expectant and new parents who have had or are expecting a new baby between April 1st 2007 and August 15th 2008.
  5. Winners must agree to the publication of their names and photographs and must agree to be interviewed on the Mamas & Papas website and by Prima Baby Magazine.
  6. The judges decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Winners will be notified by phone and post.
  8. Details of winners may be obtained by sending an SAE to the PR Dept, Mamas & Papas Ltd, Colne Bridge Road, Huddersfield HD5 0RH after 21st October 2008.
  9. Skate Pushchair draw to be made on August 15th and winners to be contacted by telephone and in writing.
