Delivery
Orders can be sent to any mainland UK address. So, if you do not want to wait at home to receive your small-to-medium sized items, simply request an alternative delivery address such as you or your partner’s work address. What’s more, whether purchased online, in store or over the phone, you can track delivery of your orders online by simply supplying us your email address. Please note that this service is not available in the Republic of Ireland.
Will I pay multiple charges?
As long as you agree to one delivery date, all your goods will be delivered together with one single delivery cost, charged at the highest applicable level. Orders purchased on the UK web site or over the phone, can only be sent to designated UK addresses.
Standard First Class Delivery: Within 4 working days (£4.95)
If ordered before noon, products will normally be delivered within 4 working days after the order date. Delivery of all products without a delivery icon is £4.95 per delivery. Customers ordering more than one product will only be charged one delivery fee per address unless you choose to have your orders sent at different times or to different addresses. (An additional charge may occur for delivering to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and delivery will take an additional working day.*
Bulky items: 4
Day Delivery (£10)
If ordered before noon, products will normally be delivered within 4 working days after the order date (e.g. goods ordered Monday at 11am will be delivered on Wednesday and goods ordered at 12pm or afterwards on Monday will arrive Thursday). Customers ordering more than one product will only be charged one delivery fee per address unless you choose to have your orders sent at different times or to different addresses. (An additional charge may occur for delivering to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and delivery will take an additional working day.)*
Heavy items: 14
Day Delivery (£35)
Products will normally be delivered within 14 working days. You will receive a telephone call to confirm delivery. Customers ordering more than one product will only be charged one delivery fee per address unless you choose to have your order sent at different times or to different addresses.*
Ocean Furniture Collection - Due to the complexity of assembling this collection, we are pleased to provide, free of charge, a team of trained experts to build it for you. Please note that you should expect to receive all items in this order within 4 weeks. We will contact you to confirm a convenient delivery and assembly time for you. If you would like to receive non-Ocean products immediately please contact us on 0845 268 2000 as we are happy to assist but please note that two delivery charges may apply.
Please note all Dutailier chairs are specifically made to order. Delivery time can be approximately 6-8 weeks. You will receive a telephone call to confirm delivery.

- First Class - 50p Gift Cards will be sent separately to your designated delivery address and should arrive within 3 days.
- Special Delivery - £4.95 For your added security, you may choose to send your Traditional Card by Special Delivery which should arrive within 48 hours.
Delivery Explained – Republic of Ireland
- Airmail - €1.00 Gift Cards will be sent separately to your designated delivery address and should arrive within 3 days.
- International Sign For - €5.95 For your added security, you may choose to send your Traditional Card by International Sign for and should arrive within 3 to 5 days.

Dutailier chairs and stools are specifically made-to-order and delivery time is approximately 6-8 weeks. You will receive a letter once the product is ready for despatch to confirm delivery.*
